The choir of the P. Křížkovský Grammar School with artistic profilation has existed since the school was founded in 1991. For a long time it was mainly a supplement to the artistic profile of the grammar school, students improved their musical skills, tonal feeling and orientation in notation and music materials, which they also used in their profile subjects: playing the instrument, chamber and solo singing. , theater, etc. The ensemble's performances were also a regular part of the school's gala concerts.
Since 2019, Natalia Chirilenco has been leading the choir, and under her short leadership she has gained new qualities and ambitions. An interesting event was the participation of this ensemble in the December realization of the Ryba´s Czech Christmas Mass in the Church of St. Lawrence in Brno-Komín, where the choir performed together with soloists and the Czech Virtuoso Orchestra. Other goals are aimed at gaining experience and success in choral competitions. Of course, the main purpose of the choir's work remains the shared joy of working together.
