VOCE EUFONICO

Children's choir at ZUŠ, Nová Baňa

Conductor: Margaréta Žňavová

The VOCE EUFONICO children's choir has been operating on the grounds of the Elementary Art School in Nová Bani since 2012. During its existence, the choir has managed to win several awards, such as the gold band in the Youth Singing Competition 2015 and 2017, the silver band at the international competition Bratislava Choir Festival 2016 and of the international competition Akademická Banská Bystrica 2019. The greatest experience so far is the trip to the Croatian city of Nin, which the choir visited in order to represent its city and country.

After a two-year break caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the choir began to write its history anew, with a new singing lineup, which currently consists of 24 girls. The ABB 2023 festival is the first ever performance for this group of girls in front of a live audience.
